How Online Earn On Google
How Online Earn On Google
Introduction
Google plays a huge role in people’s lives, especially those who
use its services. It is used by everyone, not just the tech gurus using this
service or even ordinary people who rely on it for all their purposes (Bridgen
15). Most of us use Google daily and make a living out of it without knowing
it. But there are also many ways through which one can earn money from Google
and that too online with some effort on your part. So let's start with where
Google started and how you can get a regular income out of it.
What is Google?
Google is a search engine company whose headquarters is in
Mountain View, California. The company’s main product is called Google Search
Engine. Google uses a “mobile-first” approach to create the search function and
other products like Adwords, YouTube, Gmail, etc. As per its motto – “organize
the world’s information and make it universally accessible and useful”. Google
became very successful when it launched free online advertising services like
Google AdWords and bought popular websites like Yahoo!, Yahoo!, MSN, etc. To
give an insight into the success story of Google and the way things are done in
the industry, here is another interesting video depicting the history of
Google:
Google was founded in 1998 by two Ph.D. students and since then
they have been able to change the internet environment. In 2004 Jeff Dean
decided to take over as CEO of Google and he transformed the company completely
(O’Keefe 17). Doing so created more value and added more resources. Nowadays,
Google has become synonymous with what users want. Even though Google made
mistakes initially as well, now with time Google has adapted and has changed
and improved upon itself to be a strong player in the market.
Google works so efficiently because it has something different
and unique for every person. For example, if someone searches for something
that sounds related to music (and it is), Google will show that same result on
the home page of the user. Another good example is what happens if you search
for the term "what kind of car is best for me" you will find out the
option of buying a Ford F350 GTR, Nissan Navara, Hyundai Accent, Honda CR-V,
and so on. That’s why Google can provide us with a wide range of alternatives
to select from. Apart from Google's search engine, Google can also act
similarly in other parts of life like Google Adwords where it serves the
customers based on the keyword searched. As we know, the word ad refers to the
words or phrases related to a particular topic. So, Google Adwords act in such
a way that it shows ads relevant to any given keywords (or not related to any
such terms) relevant to any search query. Here are a few examples from Google
Adwords:
Search Ads: If you are looking for a new job on Google, search
engines will do that. You can find almost anything related to jobs. You can
even apply for them as well (Google Jobs)

pages, search results, top results, etc. These are ads that help you to
increase the traffic on those sites. They even try to show their ads. There are
hundreds of millions of advertisers and they serve billions of visitors a day.
They display sponsored ads on their web pages and can increase your organic
visits. With these ads, you can promote your blog post, website, or book to
reach more potential audiences. Also, it shows ads on social media.

specially designed for smartphones like iPad, Android, and iPhone. A lot of
people like to download them for free, but once one downloads the app, it gives
great rewards and boosts your chances of getting a promotion, and also can
increase the number of followers. Along with these apps, Google also offers
special features like AdMob to make your application reach more viewers and
gain a larger presence.

popular platform for users. So, if anyone wants to run their applications from
different locations, they need some programming languages. When an application
needs to run on Microsoft Windows, they use Visual Studio Code. However, if the
developers want to have a look similar to Mac OS X, they hire C/C++ developers.
The demand for the computing power of the individual is high at the moment and
hence the development costs also go up(Bridgen 23). Therefore, the companies
like Google offer higher rates to develop the software. There are other options
available also like Unity, Unreal Engine, and Photoshop as well.
You can imagine everything going like clockwork until now and
this will keep happening until the end of the existence of humanity. I mean it
literally cannot last longer than a second that Google appears on your screen.
Let's dive deeper into how Google works and how you can take an advantage of
it.
Three major components of Google play a big role in its
functioning:
Google Drive: This is a file-sharing program and if you like to
store stuff on Google Drive, you can save those files on your phone and share
those files with anyone else having access to your Google account and also
upload any file by clicking the save button at the bottom of any document you
have uploaded.

AdSense: The next one is Adwords. This is a contextual advertisement scheme to
help publishers advertise their content through ads that appear on small
screens (but are not hidden until your cursor moves to that area), for
instance: advertisements appearing above the title of a website (or even inside
the text), for the purpose to direct audiences towards relevant ads.

Lastly, Maps are another thing you can do by visiting any site where maps are
displayed on your browsers.
In addition to these three, one can also consider a variety of
other tools that Google provides. Just as Google can do, both offline and
online, it has much more functions than a human brain can complete. To

How to Use Google
Let’s say that you want to have the control and flexibility to
be able to do whatever you want without caring what others think. There are
several ways to do that. One is to choose to host your accounts on the cloud,
which means you pay only for what you use. Other options include self-hosted as
well. And finally, you can even have a physical address with Google services as
well as host your account in the country you reside. Some of the major Google
services are listed below: Google Cloud Storage (GCS), Google Drive, Google
Sites & Admin Tools, AdSense AdWords, Google Play Store, AppSource, Google
Documents, and more. All these come bundled with either Free Service Plan or a
Basic plan. Once you decide to set up your Google Account, then you can sign in
by giving a username and password. Once done, it asks you to enter your billing
information.
To add a child to the family, you need to pay for a new Google
Adsense account. So, again, you will need to have a paid account (for an extra
buck) and add a baby to the family. After that, you will have to log in to your
account and fill in the details. Then after that, you will see a popup window
asking you to activate the link that says ‘Adding Baby’, and once done, that
process will finish.
While working on your Blogger or WordPress website you might
want to install plugins like Bluehost, MySQL, Ruby on Rails, Presto Core, etc.
These plugins will give you full control over the server of your website. While
setting up an email account or a Facebook page you won't require to make any
additional changes. You will be offered Bluehost and PostgreSQL Hosting
according to your requirements. If you don't have the requirement, you can opt
for any other provider.
So, these are the basic Google services in my case. Maybe some
extensions might also be required by me. But I have already written about it.
Feel free, to comment or complain and I will learn from them. Thanks!
